Hiraya Flight Pass is your personalized set of pre-purchased flights with open travel dates over a period of up to two years.

How can I book flights after purchasing my Flight Pass?



Login to your Optiontown account Visit 'Book Flight' tab in the Flight Pass section and enter your login details.	Select Flight Pass and input flight search criteria Choose Flight Pass you want to redeem. Input flight search criteria.	Select your flight Select desired flight from the search results.	Add passengers Add passengers.	Booking confirmation View confirmed flights in your account.

What is Flight Pass?

What features of the Flight Pass can I customize?

Flight Pass allows you to customize any of the parameters to suit all of your unique travel needs may it be for leisure/family travel or business travel. The following are the parameters that can be customized:

Destinations/Travel Zone

Add one or multiple destinations you want to fly to.

Number of flights

Choose anywhere between 4 and 100 one-way flights. The more credits you buy, the cheaper it gets. A one-way booking for one passenger requires 1 flight credit.

Travel Period

Choose your eligible period for flight departure anytime from 1 to 24 months. The shorter the travel period, the lower the price.

Cabin class

Choose any cabin class from Economy, Premium Economy/Comfort or Business Class.

Advance booking

Select a set minimum number of days before travel when you must book your flight. Choose from 4 hours to 180 days. The farther the limit from your date of departure, the cheaper the price. So, a 180-days limit is cheaper than a 1-day limit.

Travel Date Restrictions

Pick Open Travel Dates for 100% flexibility. For a cheaper option with some travel date restrictions, you may choose the Black-out Dates option.

Fare Type

Choose the Fare Type that best suits your needs as to the applicability of flight changes, cancellations, no-show credit reinstatement, check-in baggage etc.

Passengers

Select a maximum number of passenger names that can be added to the Flight Pass to book and fly. Passengers can be between 1 and 40 depending upon the number of flights in the pass. The fewer the users, the lower the price.
